To Enrich Lives

I am a disabled military veteran who has suffered for over twenty four years because of a service connected shoulder injury. Five surgeries ended with the last being a complete shoulder replacement in May, 2016. 17 weeks after the surgery, I was discharged from the physical therapy experiencing little pain but optimistic about the progress made. Within a couple of months, I experienced frozen shoulders requiring visits to the emergency room and back to my surgeon. Pain was greater than that experience prior to the surgery and it seemed that the only alternative was another surgery. I am truly grateful that my surgeon decided to set me up with a CPM Machine to increase my range of motion combined with the “sam Sport unit” to reduce the pain level while promoting the healing process.

Withing two weeks I was impressed with the effectiveness of the program. By the end of the month, my range of motion was greater than when I finished physical therapy with almost a pain free joint. The experience on the machine was virtually pain free and after applying the sam Sport unit (about ten minutes), I usually forgot that I had it on while it worked for four hours. I am truly grateful for this treatment which seems to have eliminated the need for another surgery.
