From our Service Manager:

I received a call from one of our customers stating how he thinks that in general Handi hires very nice people but this call was about a recent repair that Da’Larial had done for him.  Da’Larial was out to do a repair on his chair and called the customer letting him know he was at his home.  The customer was still was playing cards at the senior center and was about 5 minutes away from his home, so Da’Larial waited for him to get back and did the repair.  Customer stated that Da’Larial “is extremely nice guy and super super polite, and wanted to thank us for having good employees like that.  For some reason it seems like all our employees are that way and are very very nice to him and can’t thank us enough.”
