Enriching Lives: Mike Burggraff

Friday, March 30, 2018 @ 08:03 AM  posted by jbuytaert

Last week I followed up with a customer’s father to see how his son’s wheelchair was doing. The process was a bit long getting the correct parts we needed to make the chair fully operational. Today I received a message from the customer’s father stating how much he appreciated Mike Burggraff working hard and coming through for them by getting the new controller the day before they left for a trip to Colorado. The father said that with the new controller his son has independence for the trip and that it made a big difference in his life.

Mike enriched the customer and his family’s life by coming through to meet a deadline that was important to the family. And selfishly for me, he enriched my life because I was able to listen to how Mike greatly impacted this customer’s life, and hear the excitement in the father’s voice. I’m very proud of Mike’s dedication and care for our customers.

Chicago Evening Post – March 4, 2018

TRUMBULL, CT – 02-27-2018 — ZetrOZ Systems, LLC, announced today that the company has expanded delivery to US Veterans of its innovative FDA cleared wearable-active ultrasound device called sam® Sport used widely by pain management physicians, orthopedists, and the veterans’ administration health system to address chronic back pain, joint pain and musculoskeletal injuries.

In August 2017 sam® Sport announced it completed a Treatment Protocol/SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) with the United States Veterans Administration to dispense sam® Sport units to Veterans suffering from Chronic Pain and using Prescription Opioid-based Pain Medication. sam® Sport reduces or eliminates their Chronic Pain and use of Pain Medication to enjoy a quality of life without pain. Since August 2017, sam® Sport has successfully treated hundreds of Veterans and from time-to-time we receive unsolicited testimonials for these Veterans telling us how sam® Sport has successfully reduced their pain and improved their quality of life; here is one we received last week:

Veteran, J.D. Moore Jr. –

I have had disabling back pain for over a decade.

I use a cane or a walker for walking. Before I started using the sam® Sport Ultrasound unit, I wouldn’t have considered my life-long favorite exercise (or any other extended exercises) mountain hiking. Now I have gone on three hikes (all 2 – 2.5 miles).

Two on the Appalachian Trails and one in the Smokey Mountain National Park.

While I have a TENS unit, it cannot be safely used in such exercise, nor is it nearly as effective as sam® Sport.

Thank you so much and God Bless You.

sam® Sport medical technology (www.samsport.com) – manufactured in the United States and available by prescription from licensed healthcare professionals – is transforming the treatment of soft-tissue injuries and chronic pain by significantly accelerating healing times, eliminating surgical procedures and reducing pain medication use.
