Enriching Lives: Robbi Haase
I had a customer call in regards to a balance owed after receiving a chair from Handi Medical. After we were done discussing his balance owed, he asked it I knew who Robbi Haase was. I told him that I did. He said that she was fantastic! His exact words were “she did good on my chair and everything is exactly as I wanted it.”
This gentleman had nothing but wonderful things to say about Robbi and Handi Medical Supply. Clearly Robbi was very involved with this gentleman and worked with him while choosing the proper chair for him. I know that he was very thankful for the services that we provided, and I really felt like you could literally hear him smiling through the phone. Thank you Robbi for the great services you provide.

Enriching Lives: Ted Garding
Ted Garding was inspired by one of the videos we watched in Book Club recently. Ted has always wanted to give back to neighborhoods and the youth that he sees outside standing around parks without equipment. Last week he reached out to Spalding with his idea titled “How a Ball Can Transform a Neighborhood.” Quite simply put, Ted asked Spalding if they would like to donate sporting goods that he could pass along to kids in need. He finished his proposal with “Wouldn’t you like that ball to say Spalding?”
Ted’s actions may not have enriched any lives yet, but this just goes to show what kind of person Ted Garding is. He is always willing to give and put others in front of himself. He is constantly living our mission, values and the culture that Handi Medical is proud of.
